The quick and profound social vicissitudes make education facing strong challenge which was never experienced. Educational reform in not a possibility and assumption, but a pressing action. As the foundation of the education, elementary education must bear heavy mission, and the schooling is the stress that should be paid more attention and studied. Educational reformation of school not only reform the course system and contents, and teaching methods, but renovate the old educational ideal and innovate the educational mechanism. How to combine family education and schooling and how schools instruct family education are fields that we should survey and study further.Through this case study, carried out in a representative high school, the status quo of schools instructing family education were understood entirely by counting the questionnaires of teachers and parents and contrastively analyzing related data. In addition, the general status of schools instructing family education, details of teachers instructing, and the affecting factors were clear by visiting different ages of teachers, managers of schools and governing people of related department. Some unreasonable phenomenon and problems exiting in schools instructing family education were exposed by analyzing the material problems in practicing related policies and system.Under the background of continuously deepening present reformation of elementary education and more and morepopular diathesis education, based upon present conditions, referring the successful experiences of family education guidance home and abroad, we consider that family education guidance is a systems engineering, which all the society should care, and the aim could only be gained by all people's efforts. The government should establish and strengthen related laws and statutes to protect the development of family education. The governing departments and schools should set up and mend the education, inducting and supervising mechanisms, reform the running and evaluating criteria, and found a prompting mechanism of promoting schools and teachers instructing. Being established in enhancing the education quality and realizing diathesis education, practical actions of advanced studies and trainings, education, teaching and researching should developed to extend teachers' growing rooms and enhance teachers' instructing levels. Teachers should have strong self-developing mind, and according to the nature of elementary education enhance teaching ability in the practice of education. We should explore founding the uniform system of family education, exert the new ideas of various instructing people, and promote the development of family education and family education guidance in our country.
