With the rapid advance of information technology globalization as well as science and technology, Multi-culture education becomes the one of the hot topics. Multi-culture education is not only one of the theoretical researches but also a far-reaching practice. It is based on the belief in culture equality and culture diversity, and is recommended and carried out in different approaches. With the advance in our country's social, economical and educational sections, it is necessary for the teachers to understand multi-culture education, and to improve the kindergarten teachers' consciousness of multi-culture education. This thesis analyzed the factors that affect the teachers' consciousness of multi-culture education in detail based on the evaluation of the Zhejiang Zhenhai kindergarten teachers' consciousness of multi-culture education, proposed some approaches to construct the courses to train the kindergarten teachers' multi-culture education consciousness.The first part (Chapter 1) of this thesis presented the proposal of this research. It gave the background, goal, benefit, and approaches of this research, as well as the literature survey.The second part of this thesis (Chapter 2 to Chapter 4) gave the status of the kindergarten teachers' consciousness of multi-culture education. Based on the question-and-answer survey, observations and interviews with the kindergarten teachers at Z district in N city, their multi-culture education consciousness level -their views on multi-culture, attitude to multi-culture education, to people came from other areas, education of children from rural areas - is evaluated in a quite broad approaches, and the factors that affect it are given too.The third part of this thesis (Chapter 5 and Chapter 6) presented the proposals on how to solve the problems. This part theoretically analyzed, from the point views of political science, culture researches and psychology, the factors that affect kindergarten teachers' multi-culture consciousness level, and presented some helpful thoughts on the construction of courses to train the kindergarten teachers' multi-culture education consciousness.
