At the transition of the century, the voice of the Individual Education is going up in the Educational Industry, these articles are more and more in the professional paper and are on the way to be in the front place of the educational study and research, obviously the Individual Education is becoming the main trend in the Educational reform and development of 21 century. However, the oneness, inflexibility and closeness in the instruction of the Mandarin Reading still remains unchanged in the day-to-day education and the formalistic conversation environment as well as self-protective philosophy and old-fashioned educational system. Macroscopically, the Individual EducationI is a philosophy; it places her emphasis on humanity and human rights as well as the simultaneous improvement in the aspect of both social and reading skills. It also stresses the instruction with difference and the development with multiple ways. Microcosmically, this article believes that the revivification and comparability indicated by Professor Sun Shao Zhen is the best way in teaching the students how to tell the signification in the text, it's also the key point to enable the dialogue between the teachers and the students to be more profound. At the meantime, this article also studies the pluralistic setup in class and the design and evaluation in teaching, the purpose is for people to understand and recognize the teaching in the individual reading and contribute some background for the others.
