The Research Of Problems And Countermeasures Of Vocational School Development In The Enterprise

Vocational education is a very important program for strengthening competition and improving country power. "The changing of times and keeping pace with tomorrow's need." is a mission with which our times provides vocational education. The vocational school is a main vocational place for vocational education and it has a very important and heavy responsibility to train high quality and practical labours. The vocational school not only satisfies the demands for applying for occupation, but also it matters learning and improvement for "human existing skills". And it is a part of self-development and life learning. On the other hand, to some degree, academic education and vocational education should "permit concurrently" and vocational education has its own characteristics and can not "be replaced". The appearance and development of vocational education in the enterprise has its social background. With the reform of different periods in the enterprise, it has different developing historical steps. The enterprise as a basic cell of society is run and operated under relevant economic system. In the modern socialist economic market how does vocational education in enterprise develop? This is a problem worth carefully exploring.The paper analyzes the problems and reasons of the vocational school in the enterprise and at same time it briefly introduces its present condition, development, history, background and also the challenge the vocational is facing. The writer tries to explore the development and countermeasures of the vocational education with six aspects: its position, goal, school mode, reform, development, excellent integrating structures and adjusting professional structures.
