Study On The Problems, Reasons And Countermeasure Of The "School-Enterprise Cooperation"

Educational field is also occurring profound revolution because of change with the times and technological development. Traditional school-running model in vocational education is out of competitive power any longer. School-running model which is beneficial only to school, to students and to society will be favored and admired. Chinese Ministry of Education has already definitely put forward that vocational education should follow the way of school-enterprise cooperation. The model of school-enterprise cooperation is widespread and alive in secondary vocational schools. There are still some problems in the model of school-enterprise cooperation if we rethink from reality and policy, furthermore a few of these problems are restricting school-enterprise cooperation. Taking a living example from Chongqing Educational Management School where the writer work,I deeply analyzed the problems and causes of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools,also give some countermeasures and suggestions to deepen school-enterprise cooperation. Of course this article was written based on the previous writers.My essay is divided into six parts to explain what have been mentioned above:The first part is introduction, mainly to determine the paper research question, clarify the purpose and meaning of the study, analysis of the current domestic and foreign research on vocational school cooperation between higher vocational colleges and education mode of the status quo, identified in this paper, research methods and research ideas.The second part is the definition of cooperation between higher vocational colleges, the points of the current cooperation between higher vocational colleges and secondary vocational school, the basic types and their significance.The third part discusses the process of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and secondary vocational school, enterprise and students the problems existing in the three aspects respectively. The fourth part combined with the actual example analyses the reasons causing problems in the secondary vocational school in the process of the "school-enterprise cooperation";The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures of further strengthening cooperation between higher vocational colleges and secondary vocational school.The sixth is divided into conclusion, the lack of innovation, and the follow-up study of the study are expounded.
