Study On The Higher Vocational Colleges In China School-enterprise Cooperation, Problems And Countermeasures

Along with the popularity of higher education, higher vocational colleges as the main force of the implementation of higher occupation education, has obtained very great development in scale of higher education, accounting for half of the country. However, speaking of the quality of education, vocational colleges also exist the problems of educational objectives is not clear, the characteristic is not distinct, yet to be further improved. Under the current situation, the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges need to adapts to the law of education, development technical people who went through the higher occupation education serve and the requirement of personnel mark to various sectors of society, satisfy the need of enterprises for high skilled talents. However, the school-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country at present, due to various reasons, the practice is not just as what we wish. Considering the restricting facts in the development of school-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges from various aspects, and pulling forward some solving measures so that cooperation can be effective, to achieve the goal of higher vocational education training and to contribute to the social and economic development, has become a topic of common concern.This paper draws lessons from the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars to carry out school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education, analyzes the modes of the foreign developed countries held the school-enterprise cooperation, and summarizes its successful experience. Comparing analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and the applicable scenarios on the cooperation of the domestic model of higher vocational education colleges to identify the problems of the implementation of our higher vocational colleges on school-enterprise cooperation and analyzing its causes. Then, in view of the specific situation of school-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country, combining with the successful experience of developed countries, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of policy, system, and incentive and the perfect of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. Finally, makes a case study on the school-enterprise cooperation F conducted at the Career Academy.
