Research On Psychoanalysis And Correctional Treatment Of Criminal Juvenile

This article regards the criminal juvenile,who is at the stage of great change in physiology and psychology, as the research object. In the light of the increasing high occurrence rate of juvenile mental problems and crimes in recent years at home and abroad, the article has probed into the intention of juvenile crime, criminal psychology, psychological rectification and the meaning of research on juvenile criminal psychology of our country, then future analyzed the psychology characteristics and behavior features of the criminal juvenile, which provides the psychology evidences for effective punishment and correctional treatment towards the criminal juvenile.In order to know the criminal psychology of juvenile more thoroughly with the aim of better prevention of juvenile crime, this article has analyzed the formation of crime psychology theoretically. Starting with the special contradiction that appears in the juvenile socialized course, it has probed into the foundation that juvenile criminal psychology forms. On this basis, the article analyzes the forming mechanism of juvenile criminal psychology, through the motive, purpose and behavior theory. And has analyzed the forming process of juvenile criminal psychology omni-directionally by using information-processing theory.Finally, through analyzing the characteristics of juvenile crime, the psychological foundation that criminal psychology forms, and the forming mechanism of criminal psychology, the article has expounded the ways, tactics and methods of psychological correctional treatment towards criminal juvenile systematically, then put forward concrete classified countermeasures to correctional treat the criminal juvenile. Combining the national condition of our country, the article has also expounded the measures that should be taken to prevent juvenile crime from many angles.
