The Study Of Teacher's Performance Evaluation In The University

This article is mainly studying the teacher's performance evaluation in the university, and compute the index scale of the teacher's performance evaluation system.The first chapter presents the purpose and significance ,reality about teacher' s performance evaluation in the university,and presents the topic mention and the article's content,the way of research. The second chapter is the overview about performance evaluation, discuss the meaning in mtension,function,content,design type of performance evaluation criterion,the rationale and the feature of the teacher' s performance evaluation; The third chapter is on design of performance evaluation index system,and designed the index of teacher's performance evaluation combining the current university's fact,and compute the scale of performance evaluation index system by the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The fourth chapter is discussion on the carrying out the performance evaluation, expounds the feature,principle,steps and ways, compares the present ways,selects the suitable way to teacher' s performance evaluation in the university. The fifth chapter analyses the occuring error probable,and brings forward the measure. The sixth chapter is conlusion parts, ponits out that it needs to analyse the different of the university when you use the evaluation index,evaluation critrrion,scale,the purpose of the study is building the kind ofscientific,operable,effective teacher' s performance evaluation index system to improve teacher-s performance level in the university matching the strategy target of the university.
