The paper promotes the idea of establishing a "learn Instruction" teaching model inSecondary & Vocational School , according to the problem about how to teach thestudents to learn well in the case that the traditional learning method is difficult tomeet the needs of the talent training. It reveals the nessity and importance of changingthe phenomenon "What to learn" into "how to learn". Meanwhile, it also defines theconcepts, such as "study direction", teaching model of "study direction" and"autonomous study". Based on the basic concepts of teaching model, the mainteaching models at home and abroad and developing teaching models at home andabroad and developing tendency, it constructs the teaching model on learningdirection in secondary & Vocational School. The model is adopted to support thetheory and constructs principles ,contents and practice. Exert educational statistucsrun an experiment, analysis and to be test. Under the model ,the standard on learners'learning quality is carried out further. The study theoretically enhances the contents ofautonomous teaching model, which is proved as the center of the students'development and skill training.
