| Practical teaching plays an important role in the training of secondary vocational talents.Practical teaching can cultivate students’ professional practical ability and professional adaptability,and it is an important way to improve the teaching quality of tourism major in secondary vocational education.The quality of professional practice teaching directly affects the training quality of professional talents.In recent years,with the upgrading of consumption and the development of new tourism formats,the number of home stay has grown rapidly.However,according to the survey,at present,the training of tourism professionals in secondary vocational schools lags behind the development needs of the homestay industry.On the one hand,the enterprises are small and scattered,and the quality gap is large.On the other hand,the enterprises have more comprehensive requirements for the ability of employees,which undoubtedly increases the difficulty in the management of interns and the cultivation of students’ ability.At present,the construction of residential specialty is still in the stage of exploration and development,and the talent training mode is not mature enough,especially there are still some pain points and bottlenecks in the operation of residential practical teaching.How to effectively organize and carry out practical teaching is a new challenge,which is also the problem that this study tries to explore and solve.Based on the literature research,investigation and case study,on the basis of searching,reading and analyzing domestic and foreign literature,this article describes the research background of this paper,analyzes the research status of practice teaching at home and abroad,and carries out the related concept definition and theoretical basis research.First of all,through the investigation and interview,it summarizes the typical work tasks of the B&B housekeeper,and analyzes the post ability structure of the B&B housekeeper.Secondly,through the comparison of homestay and hotel service management,summed up the characteristics of practical teaching activities of homestay major(direction).Thirdly,on the basis of practical teaching activities of hotel major,it integrated and expanded,put forward the idea of building practical teaching model of accommodation major(direction),and at the same time,it constructed practical teaching resources of homestay major.Finally,taking the residential operation and management major of Liuzhou No.1 Vocational and technical school as an example,this paper conducts an empirical study,analyzes the practical teaching resource foundation and the implementation status of residential operation and management major,and puts forward the construction of perfect strategies and guarantee conditions for practical teaching of residential operation and management major.The research results can be popularized in the Secondary Vocational Hotel and tourism service management related majors,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance for improving the practical ability of students,meeting the training needs of homestay professionals,and promoting the sustainable development of homestay industry. |
