The Study On The Construction Of Practice Teaching Condition In Professional Education

Practical teaching is an important component in the teaching systemof the higher vocational-technical education. It is an essential approach totrain students' technical application ability and the ablity to analyze andsolve problems. As a fundamental ensurance to practical teaching, itsteaching conditions play an important role in the advanced-vocationaleducation. For this and other reasons, however, the practical teachingconditions in many advanced-vocational colleges cannot meet the needsof the practical teaching so that they have seriously affected the teachingquality of our advanced-vocational education.How to meet the basic needs of practical teaching and how to ensurethe construction of the practical teaching conditions are importantproblems for higher vocational-technical education. In the paper, thewriter analyzes the current condition about the practical teaching, stateshis views about how to learn from the advanced experience and build upthe proper conditions (such as "multiple-specialty" teachers, practicalteaching facilities as language-labs, multi-media classrooms, computerwith its campus-net, various labs for practical training andpractical-training bases outside school) so as to meet the basic needsfor practical teaching.On the basis of analyzing the present condition, the writer alsostudies the problem of how to establish the ensurance system to theconstruction of practical teaching conditions through the ensurance ofpolicies, the introduction of talented personnel, the channel of investment,the rational disposition and effective utilization of teaching resources aswell as its evaluation,I expect to be able to make slight efforts fortheoretical study and practice on practical teaching of the highervocational-technical education.Key words: advanced-vocational education practical teaching conditions...
