The practice teaching of secondary occupation education is the core connotationof teaching secondary occupation education. The vocational practice teaching systemdecides the vocational teaching characteristics, and decides to achieve the goal oftraining talents of secondary occupation education. Establishing perfect practicalteaching system is the urgent need to improve the education quality of teaching insecondary vocational school. The theory and method of system science has beenwidely spread and use, becomes the basic research methods and thinking of theteaching reform strategy. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermea-sures according to the existing problems of secondary vocational education practiceteaching,points out that the key problem needed to be solved in the process of im-plementation of the practice teaching. We want to construct practice teaching systemof secondary occupation education under the guidance of the system theory, and ex-plore how to improve the effectiveness of the practice of secondary vocationalschool computer network technology professional teaching, and improve the stu-dents’ practical skill level, and achieve zero distance butt school learning and occu-pation. The full text is divided into four parts.The first part,the introduction. clarify the research background and significance,analysis on domestic and foreign research on the practical teaching of dynamic, de-scription of the main work of this paper.The second part, connotation and characteristics of vocational practice teachingsystem.The vocational practice teaching system is a kind of practice teaching systemaccording to the characteristics of the secondary vocational school teaching buildingand application.Compared with the general high school,It needs to consider theoverall teaching it has theory and practice,and sustainable development content andpurpose of teaching.More needs to consider the different geographical characteris-tics,and the combination of production and learning.The third part, construction of vocational practical teaching system under theguidance of the system theory.First,it discusses the vocational practical teaching system In a system theory perspective,and then study on the system of practiceteaching conditions and composings.It lists elements of this system,and then looksfor underlying relationships. Finally,It constructs the vocational practical teachingsystem with five subsystems.The five subsystems:Support system of vocationalpractice teaching、Target system of vocational practice teaching、Management sys-tem of vocational practice teaching、Content system of vocational practice teaching、Evaluation system of vocational practice teaching.The fourth part, Application in computer network technology major based onvocational practical teaching system. In the practice teaching of computer networktechnology major, arry on the analysis on improving practice teaching effectiveness,execute the specific implementation,give out the implementation of the system forengineering and curriculum design based on the work process.
