With china's entering the WTO and coming of the knowledge economy, thecorporation competition will be more intense. More and more corporations come torealize that the employees' quality is the key factor in accomplishing the corporationstrategy target. Only improve the employee's training course and speed up the changeof knowledge, can the corporation keep the step with the development of newtechnology, and enhance its quality. Now most corporations have realized thatcorporation training is an important part for a corporation to develop the humanresources. It is the successful training course development that can successfully carryout the corporation training and meet the employee's training needs. The corporation'straining course development is the effective way to accomplish the corporation'sstrategy aim, is the bridge of combining the training aim with the microcosmicteaching, training and educational practice, is also the important way for employees toget information and knowledge, and finally master some relative skills. Whether thetraining course development is successful or not will directly influence the trainingeffect. It is important for a corporation to study training course development, becauseit can enhance the quality of training and improve the efficiency of the corporation.In my paper I elaborate the basic theory of training course development on the basis ofits concept, the problems existing in the corporation training and present situation ofcorporation training. According to the classic L. Nakler course development modeabout important event, in order to rebuild a new corporation training course mode withcommon sense, I also combine the methods of systematic theory with trainingexperience of these years and then compare the structure characters of the coursemodes with others, finally choose what I need. Besides, I elaborate the major work ofevery period of the corporation-training course development, in order to solve thedifficulty we met before with what I leant. I hope I can give the people working in thesame area some useful advice and offer the corporation training course sometheoretical bases and practical operational standard, in order to guarantee the qualityof the corporation training. I think combining the theory with practice organically, andlet the theory draw close to the practice and guide it, and finally serve it is a necessaryway to deepening the theory. In the end I analyze and summarize some successfulexamples of corporation training course development with the training theory andtechnology I offered in my paper, which not only further prove its advance andpracticality but also deepen it in the practice.
