This thesis is written from the perspective of enterprise training manager, andon the basis of the theory related to instructional design and performancetechnology. Analyzing and evaluating the company’s existing training evaluationprocess, giving the theoretical affirmation of the successful parts and makingsuggestions of the unsatisfactory parts. This thesis finally ends up with a wholeevaluation flow chart which including the evaluation before training, in training andafter training. The evaluation work throughout the enterprise training activities couldmake sure the low cost, high quality and timeliness of training courses.Currently, most of the fortune500enterprises choose to outsource the trainingcourses to professional training companies, this will give training evaluation moredifficulty and uncontrollability. But outsourcing curriculum is not uncontrollable, wecan monitoring the quality of the courses through various evaluation methods suchas formative, summative and empirical evaluation so as to provide continuousfeedback for the improvement of the courses. This paper is written from theoperating angle of training courses which covers the demand investigation beforeclass, curriculum operation and a series of problem analysis and evaluation inorder to improve the quality of courses and the efficiency of curriculum operation.The enterprise training refers to the training courses provided by outsourcingcompany which is trained by the face to face organizational form.The background of this thesis is based on one of the world’s fortune500enterprise--J company which have cooperated with a consulting firm. Dependingon the situation of the corporate training course named Consultative selling skillswith major account. I attempt to analyze and evaluate the existing process andsolutions in according to the theories related to instructional message design,performance analysis, performance evaluation and intervening measure, etc.Finally, I hope to form a complete set of evaluation solutions with specific operationprocedures depending on the improvement and brand new measures I haddesigned on the basis of the existing solutions. It includes refine and new solutionsof training courses provider and the operation process of company J itself.
