Study On Current Situation And Tactics Of Developing High Vocational Education Adapting To The Guidance Of Obtaining Employment

In recent years, with economic system reform deepened constantly and theindustrial structure adjusted constantly, the pressure on employment is becomingmore severe, and the increasing constantly of technology-intensive enterprises,skilled workers of high-quality and high technical ability are needed urgently. Ourhigh vocational education can't meet the needs of this situation. This causedworkforce's structural shortage and surplus to coexist. So study on this thesis issignificant for the development of high vocational education, alleviating thesevere pressure on employment and advancing social economy.The thesis first analyses the current situation of severe employment andpolicy orientation about the employment, has taken employment as the directionand developed the social demand of professorship education. Afterwards, analysesthe theorectical foundation from the theory of equilibrium of supply and demand,capital theory of manpower, high vocational education development requiring ofit own and the further education and life education. According to the actualconditions of our country, sum up the existing problem of professorship educationunder the new employment system. Finally , use for reference experience ofBritain , Germany and American , from the education management system, systemof running a school, teaching system and accreditation etc. and put forward thefeasible suggestions which develop professorship education of taking employmentas the direction in a more cost-effective manner.
