Research The Current Situation And The Countermeasures On The Graduates Employment Issues Of One FuJian A Economic And Trade Vocational Higher School

With the popularization of higher education and the progress of social economy, Higher Vocational education runs fast.Then,many problems continue to appear, including graduates’employment issues Although the news about the employment rate of Vocational graduates higher than Undergraduates’, but this phenomenon is contrast to the truth that "Highly paid is also hard to find senior technicians" Currently, most of studies on the Vocational graduates employment research for whole country and region, and less based on one institution, which is difficult to find the countermeasures. Then, this paper will study one of FuJian Vocational higher school to see the situation of graduates’employment and try to solve the problems of it.This paper focus on FuJian A economic and trade vocational school, uses literature analysis and survey to acquire the basic situation, generalize the charcteristics and problems. Finally find the reasons and propose countermeasures. This study has seven parts:First part will introduce the basic situation and sample survey design; Second to fifth parts are on graduates’employment rate, employment destination, employment intentions and quality of employment situation to analysis the characteristics and the problems; Sixth part will find the problems and use qualitative method to research the reasons, the last part Is find the countermeasures.The study found some conclusions as follows:One, graduates’employment have some good characteristics, like high rate of employment, diversified forms of employment, most of students have pragmatic ideas. Two, graduates’employment also has some problems like:1.General employment issues, that is the declining trend of graduates’employment rate from2011to2013.The rate of graduates’employment in2013is significantly lower than previous levels, which exist potential treat.2.Structural employment problem, mainly the employment of graduates’professional structural contradictions, exists the gao between the qualities of graduates and market demands.3.Selective employment issues, namely exist some graduates give up working for a big gap between the actual situation and expections on employment.4. The overall quality of employment is not good. We can find it from many aspects.Based on the above, the study finds some governments’measures like increasing revenue and upgrading of industrial structure to promote student employment. Find some employer’measures like changing the views on employment and improve deformity internship. Find some school’measures like reforming employment guidance and personnel training mode. Find some measures of students like improving themselves quality and changing the views on the employment.
