Lack Of Devotion Of Teachers In China And Countermeasures

Teachers' devotion is a higher requirement for teachers' professional qualities raisedunder the background of our elementary education reform's going further and the teachers'gradual specialization. It's the driving force to improve the development of teachers'specialization. It is significant to further analyze the present situation of the Chinese teachers'devotion and to seek measures to cultivate and strengthen teachers' devotion. This thesisintends to point out the contents of our teachers' devotion by applying the research frameworkof monographic education in different countries in Comparative Education and the mode ofstructural function in Education Sociology;to take further investigation and analysis to ourteachers' devotion;to see the existing differences between teachers' devotion and therequirements of our times;to see the main problems that have arisen;to analyze the factorsthat affect the development of teachers' devotion;and to provide measures and suggestions tocultivate and strengthen teachers' devotion.
