Modernization of education is a fundamental sign of education reform, the reform of the entire educational research and educational point of view,basically in the neglected rural education status, the practice is based on the concept of education reform to guide the city center, which undoubtedly makes the original education infrastructure, teachers and a variety of soft power are plenty of urban schools is more dominant, thus further expanding the gap between urban and rural areas, while urban and rural education is the crux of the greatest left-behind children in rural education.
