On The Reform Of University Teaching Management System In The Background Of Quality Education

It is very important to research teaching management system reform of China's universities under the background of quality education. It will be very helpful in encouraging the innovation of teaching management and make it meets the needs of innovational education.This article makes preliminary probing of the teachingmanagement system reform on the macro - background of quality education, and fall into four parts: Introduction, the quality education implementation to teaching management challenges, evaluation of the present state of teaching management system in China's universities, and the methods of improving and perfecting the teaching management system in the universityFirstly, the backgroundand, current situation and significance of the research are summarized, and then the concept are defined. And the significance of the research is that deepens the theory of teaching management and directs the teaching management of university, and then explants the university teaching management system's intension and teaching management unit's functions .Second, this article discusses the quality education implementation to teaching management challenges, The quality education set the new request to the university teaching management and the characteristics of university teachingmanagement are apperaed. Then make a preliminary research of the relations between the university teaching management and quality education, it is argue that both aspects are closely connected.Thirdly, this article analyzes the teaching management system organizational structure and elucidates the basic achievement and existing problems in the current university teaching management system such as single methods, limited targets and imperfect assessment system, and so on, and their origins.In the end, this article mainly researches theory on how and by what means university teaching management system can be perfected, and finally concludes that, as to teaching management, the ideology should be re-shaped, the units re-structured and the system perfected, the credit system reform should be pushed .
