With the development of economic globalization,the initial establishment of the market economy system as well as education popularization and internationalization,the development and reform of universities and colleges of our country is faced with the new opportunities and challenges:On one hand,the talent training mode has monotonicity,and a large number of fresh graduates face severe employment problems;on the other hand,Human resource market and employing unit are short of internationalized,multifunctional,applicational talents.How to provide satisfactory product to meet the requirement of consumer and modern our society and market is the key point of the work for the talents service center---universities and colleges.How to keep improving the quality of teaching under the condition of expansion of university enrollment?These are the hot social issues in China today.The opening and breakthrough of the education administration system reforms for the college and universities must devote themselves to the following duties:Introduce up-to-date management philosophy of taking human as the foremost;make sure the teaching schedules are on the rails;set the goal of improving the quality of teaching;stress on training of applied and multifunctional talents;promote the credit system in the teaching reform of universities.Taking the practice experience of the reforms of credit system in the education administration system of Fujian provincial universities,this thesis focuses on all kinds of problems accompanied with the reforms,analyzes the current situation of the education administration system reforms for the universities.Referencing the successful experiences in abroad,this thesis proposes the credit system with flexibility to meet the contemporary Chinese education.This thesis also gives some suggestion on the reforms of education administration system from the point of micro-administration.
