In the new curriculum reforms, the emotion goal and the cognition goal have become the goal equally which the teaching must achieve. The emotion education as teaching goal is that under the guide of ideas of modern education, according to the development law of emotion of students and requirement of emotion quality demanded by modern society, various positive influences are brought to the emotion system of the students on purpose and plan. Their function of emotion and development of ability are promoted and their positive attitude and high emotion quality are cultivated. After reformation on moral course, emotion education became into one of important parts of education targets. The requirement of society on people must be embodied in teaching. This is the reaction of our education target in the course reformation. It embodies the aims in present innovation of basic education courses in our country. This should be done in quality education. The emotion intelligence is the modern talented person's necessary quality, scientific educational view should regard the emotion as one of education subjects, regards the student emotion accomplishment enhancement as an important constituent of the education. The education does not devote to the emotion goal realization, is far from the optimization and the enhancement of the student overall quality. Our moral course teachers should work hard to realize these aims in three aspects. First, the teaching ideology of the new course must be mastered. The viewpoint on teaching, on students and on how to judge the students must be changed. Secondly, the target of emotion education should be emphasized in teaching content. The textbook should be made full use of. The emotion resource should be dug out. Some content must be added in order to intensify emotion education on students. Make them go on self-cultivation of emotion as well. Last, the rules of emotion education must be followed in teaching method, i.e., to use emotion education promotes education in other courses, to make students enjoy teaching, and to make the feeling of the students and teachers blended. In a word, emotion education has definitely become the target of teaching after the reformation on moral course. Our political teacher must practice the teaching thought which superiorly teaches by the sentiment, and achieve the teaching emotion goal diligently in the course content and the method.
