This article reviewed the origin of school environment education (SEE) and analyzed the main characteristic and requests of SEE. These analyses revealed that the model of SEE in China mainly is the infiltrating education through the comparison between main methods of environment education of the domestic and foreign. This single teaching model in China leads low-efficiency in SEE at junior-high-school. Therefore, a new model of SEE has been put forward in this article and which has been proved to be an ideally educational model at junior-high-school. This new model, which is a traditional infiltrating education combining theme-education, means add practical and feasible special theme education to traditional infiltrating education and toward the aim of SEE using learning models of initiative, exploration, and cooperation.Through extensive theoretical and practical research on SEE, the theoretical basis, the teaching principles, and the implementation explore of the new model were discussed in this article and showed that the new model of traditional infiltrating education combining motive-education played a crucial role for raising environmental awareness and normalizing the environmental conduction of students. Also,this new model of SEE aroused the enthusiasm of students tolearn and enhance students' cooperation, exploreconsciousness to enable students to improve the overall quality,and thus to promote the harmonious between man and theenvironment.
