| The quality education has a relationship to the future of the whole Chinese nations and the healthy growth of younger generation, while the Physical Education is the main and vital elements of quality education as well as its enforcement to breakthrough. How to reform the school's Physical Education into quality education has been the hot issue in the study of present Physical Education. It involves the education's work, culture tradition, economic development and social structure, etc. So, we should not only speed up our quality education's development, but also work on systematically investigating and studying so as to push it forward aimly and scientifically.This artical based on present study puts on emphasis on analysing Physical Education teaching work, Physical Education teaching, the development of extra—activities to find out the main factor, which influence the Physical Education teaching in quality education so as to offer some suggestions and strategies in the process of carrying out the quality education.
