| The competition of the 21st century is the competition of the qualified personnel. It isrequired that the reform of physical Education teaching should cultivate the students withcreative ability, Devlop ability and individuality and promote the Physical Educationmovements in China and make it scientific and modernized. Based on the present research and practice ,this paper tries to draw the multi-mediatechnique into the training in Physical Education teaching , making the basic training morescientific and standardized . Quality education has become a necessary requirement with thedevelopment of the times. PE teaching is an important part of the whole teaching process, so it should fully explorehow to implement the quality education. If the PE teaching can adjust to the requirements ofthe economic development, to a great extent, it depends on whether the knowledge, skills,quality and so on can meet the social requirements. This paper emphasizes on setting forth therelationship between the school PE teaching and the body and mind education, emphasizesthe requirements to the PE teaching in carrying out quality education.
