Explore The Construction Of The Harmonious Community From The Doctrine Of The Golden Mean Angle

At present, China's construction of modernizations has entered a development opportunities and social risks coexist period. During this period, China's economic and social development has various disharmonious factor .So, the Fourth Plenary Session of the party's sixteenth clearly made a major task for the socialist harmonious society. Community as a basic social unit will assume the historic task of the accelerating of the social development, and the reducing of the social risk, and the promoting of the coordinated economic and social development .China's social development and change highlights the importance of community building.As China's economic structure, political structure and social structure are not yet available and complete ,and with the influence of the factor such as the old ideas ,the culture and the customs ,it lead to the conflict of the government administration model and the community self-governing organization system .And it also trigger off some disharmonious phenomenon such as " the indeterminate of the government and the society", "the distinguish of the enterprises and the community", "the laborious of the party and the government ", "the disharmony of the hearts", "the resources defenses" that seriously make impediment to the harmonious development of the community.To eliminate the non- unisonous and imbalance factor within the communities, and to find the harmonious development of state, we need seek a conviction as a guiding ideology and code of conduct for the harmonious community building. The "Confucianism golden mean philosophy" of the Chinese Confucian and the ancient Greece, Aristotle's "golden mean moral philosophy" make the contradictions and the differences of the things be the premise of the existence, and it emphasize that in practice, we must insist on moderate principles anytime and everywhere. We must calculate to a nicety that just right and without exception or too to achieve, and we achieve the harmonious state that "the Mean" pursue. Therefore, this thesis use the doctrine of the golden mean as a guiding ideology, and start with the request of overall harmony of the community .It study all parts of the community, and all aspects of therelationship .It try to grasp every aspect of the "degree" and to coordinate its internal contradictions, and thereby enable the community to achieve "the Mean" state, and the realization of a harmonious and stable community.
