With the development of the quality education and the comprehensive advancement, a move involved of updating the notion of education, and reforming the content and the method of teaching is emerging. How to neatly exert modern educational theory to instruct the teaching practice deserves the educator's consideration. The construction-theory is provided with the significant instructional meaning in the mathematical teaching. It confirms that the mathematical teaching doesn't commonly copying and imitating, but takes on the meaningful and vigorous "creative activity ", it can only be grasped by the active "activity" of the main body. Based on such cognition,the teacher's responsibility is not merely well and truly to impart knowledge, but through effectively exerting" the leading role ", truly to become the propellent of students' study activities, this includes our teachers deeply understand the students' real thinking activities and their cognitive foundations, carry on teaching according to students' original knowledge conditions, mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative, as well as build good study environment for students' creative activityies.But for a long time, influenced by the behaviorism theory and under the condition of the village's lagging economy and culture , the pattern of " take-the teacher-as-the-center" occupies the absolute status in our village schools' educational and teaching activities, students are the object of indoctrination, and the vessel of knowledge, their duties are to accept and obey , student's divergent thoughts, creative thoughts are restricted in this passive, monotonous and stereotypical study environment, so they are lack of the innovative spirit and ability. The construction-theory brings a new hope and effect to the reform, although the phrase of "construction-theory" is well known in the city's educational circles. But it hasn't been penetrated into the village school, this situation urges us to examine carefully in the village's mathematical education again and find a best way to handle. We should use students' development as the starting point, and diligently find a pattern which can fully exert the village students' initiative, enthusiasm and creation. This article aims at discussing how to penetrate theconstruction-theory to the j'unior mathematical teaching, instructing the village junior high school's mathematical teaching, and seeking the methodology from the epistemological basis.
