Research On The Performance Of Application About Establishment Of The Modern Distance Education Project Of Country Elementary And Middle Schools

The modern distance education project of country elementary and middle schools is the biggest project about country elementary education informatization until now, along with the implementation of the project, the problem of performance of application about project establishment obtains more and more attention.Now the research about this project is generally about simple description and management method of the application process of project establishment, nobody has carried out an evaluation research about the application performance of project establishment, so I selected this study.In order to illuminate the value of this study, Chapter 1 gives the background and the meaning of this study at first, then makes a description about the achieved production , lastly shows the content and method.Chapter 2 summarizes the domestic and international actuality of some problems that closely related to this study, so as to the starting point of this study is confirmed.Chapter 3 firstly expatiates the basic meaning of several important concepts which are correlative with this study, then analyzes the primary factors influencing the application performance of project establishment.Chapter 4 constructs the systematic evaluation index about the application performance of country modern distance education project of country elementary and middle schools,and design the evaluation criterion of the performance grade and index weight.In Chapter 5, based on the sample data coming from the spot check, a Stat.and analyse of the applied actuality of country modern distance education project was made at first, then bring forward the method of analyzing the application performance based on the systematic evaluation index.Chapter 6 analyzes the material of survey and the result of data statistic at first, then puts forward the countermeasures improving the application performance of project establishment. In the last chapter, the present writer reviews the purpose and the course of the study, reaffirms the primary view and conclusion ,and explains the innovation of this study firstly, then the present writer indicates the limitation bluntly and bring forward the follow-up study expecting to future exploiters.
