These years, as the implementation of Modern Distance Education Project of Country High School and Elementary School, application research of the project becomes a hotspot in education field and even the whole society. However, teaching staff are short of systematic and thorough research in teacher-training scheme designing.Performance Technology, which is based on education, mainly comes of program teaching and instruction system design, and pay a lot of attention to bringing up whole-innovation consciousness. In order to carry out optimization of training effect in close circle, it designs the training scheme as a whole according to the systematic request, which gives prominence to implementing in proper sequence and strictly planned, then adjusts the instructional system using cybernetics and minus feedback theory. This dissertation trys to explore teacher-training scheme in Modern Distance Education Project of Country High School and Elementary School which can be easily used basing on performance technology.Concretely, this dissertation is divided into five parts:Part I, foreword,which is mainly expounded the background, significance, thought and methods.It introduces concerning concept, and gives a brief introduction to teacher-training research in and out of country.Part II, the theoretical foundation of teacher-training in Modern Distance Education Project of Country High School and Elementary School.This part expounds performance technology theory, teacher specialization theory and adult learning theory from angles of managerialism, pedagogy and psychology.Part III, the investigation and analysis of Modern Distance Education Project of Country High School and Elementary School teacher-training in Anhui province. It analyses existing problems of the project by investigating teaching staff in Anhui province with questionnaire and case study, then itroduces performance technology to the training.Part IV, the teacher-training scheme designing in Modern Distance Education Project of Country High School and Elementary School, which is impenetrated of performance technology. Firstly, it analyses training requirement to design training objective by performance analysis. Secondly, it chooses and designs intervention measures in training, including the trainers and trained, training content, training meathods and training environment. Thirdly, it implements performance directed teaching, and establishes three kinds of transforming system. At last, it accomplishes performance evaluation and feedback.Part V, elicit the conclusion and suggestion of research by summarizing above.
