The implementation of modern distance education project of country elementary and middle schools opens a window which face to the nation, the world and the future for teachers in western area. The high quality education resources just like fresh mountain external wind, blew the education reform front dynamic information, blew the new education idea and the education thought, blew the advanced teaching way and the method.This article elaborated the western Hunan multi-national area countryside elementary and middle schools in the consummation distance learning network facility, the realization distance learning resource management system, let far teach the IP resources to enter the classroom, face the student, use in the teaching, in the implementation true significance "clearly pass" the project.
