The research purpose of this thesis is to explore the reform strategy of construction system of adult learning guidance in universities and colleges of China, on the basis of analyzing condition, explaining theory and introspecting present situation. We regard "construction system of adult learning guidance in universities and colleges " as the central clue for launching the full thesis, using the methods of document research, comparative research and investigation research. Main views and research contents of this thesis are as follows:Adult learning guidance is an effective way to display adult students' subject position in adult teaching. Adult subject position is emphasized by learning society, education essence attribute, main body education thought, adult and their learning characteristics, and at the same time they provide background of the time, teaching request and individual need for construction system of adult learning guidance respectively. According to theories of adult learning, adult learning guidance is that adult education teachers do omni-direction guidance to the entire process of adult students' learning in the process of adult teaching, on the basis of considering adult learning characteristics fully. The history of adult learning guidance research is not very long, and the theory bases of adult learning guidance are education philosophy, learning theory, teaching theory, modern scientific management principle and so on. Construction system of adult learning guidance in universities and colleges includes some basic essential factors such as goal, operation and appraisal.Taking the universities and colleges in Shandong Province for example, an investigation on the present situation of construction system of adult learningguidance has been made, which shows that: goal system of adult learning guidance in universities and colleges is chaotic, operation system lacks and loses "adult" characteristic, and appraisal system is weak. According to relevant theories, in view of existent problems, we take the following measures: Construct a comprehensive and explicit goal system of adult learning guidance, including comprehensive contents of goal system and explicit structure of goal system;Construct an "adult" operation system of adult learning guidance, including specialized guidance subjects, a variety of guidance modes, comprehensive guidance contents and "adult" guidance books;Construct a perfect appraisal system of adult learning guidance, including systematic investigations on learning situation and a variety of appraisals of learning accomplishments.
