The Analysis Of Human Resource And Educational Investment In The West Of China

After agriculture economy and industry economy, nowadays knowledge economy approaches to human being. Instead of rare material resources, knowledge has become the most important producing factor and the main driver of the increasing economy . Therefore, human resource , as the carrier of knowledge , should be the key motive of social and economic development in a country or a region . At present our government delivered the West Developing Policy. And after studying now and again, many economists demonstrated that the crucial factor in this development is not the material resources, but human resource. The most rewarding way to form and accumulate human capital is to invest in education. Also, most of countries and regions in the world has proved the education can improve the quality of human resource and trigger the economic development.This article is divided into five parts.
