The Research For Doctor's Scientific Research Ability Evaluation Index System And Evaluation Method

Doctor education is the highest level of diploma education in China. It is the task and responsibility set by our time for institute and individuals that educate doctors to foster high-level talented people with doctor's scientific research ability. Doctor's research ability is the key to evaluate the doctor education quality. So how to evaluate the doctor's scientific research ability is the focus paid attention to by many expert and scholar at home and abroad in recent time.This paper introduces the evaluation method and the evaluation index system of doctor's scientific research ability on the base of defining relating conceptions and analyzing the characteristic of doctor's scientific research ability. Firstly, we investigate and interview some experts on the base of study in existence. We received an elementary index system that includes three factors of the study ability, the scientific practice and the innovatory ability. And, we modify the elementary index system on the base of the statistical analysis of questionnaire. Then, we establish the weight system by using AHP and make contrast analysis among four kinds of doctors and between doctors and tutors. Finally, we set up a model to analyze the doctor's scientific research ability by using the Vertical Projection Method. To aim at the specific situation of China doctor education, we find out the key influence factors by analyzing and propose some policies and suggestions.The cultivating of doctor's scientific research ability is a systematic project, which makes the cooperation of conception and practice necessary. Higher education institutions should cultivate and improve doctor's scientific research ability by renewing the education conception, reforming the educating process, improving the system, constructing suitable material and academic environments, strengthening the building of tutor's team and so on.
