With the increasing improvement of the new curriculum reform, with the increasing promotion of the slogan which develop school and run school by scientific research, and teachers will become researchers, elimentary and middle school teachers will gradually join the researchers'teams.The high information technology teachers, as one of them, must be engaged in scientific research.The trend should be also inevitable.In order to help teachers learn about themselves'scientific ability level and the scientific research ability development'advantages and shortcomings and in order to rationally and objectively evaluate teachers'scientific ability,what's more, in order to promote the development of scientific research'ability by evaluation, this research try to design the high school information technology teachers'scientific research ability evaluation indicators system.In this paper,I analyze the situation of the high school information technology teachers'scientific research evaluation by the method of literature research and questionnaire survey. The results indicate that there are a lot of problems about the high IT teachers'scientific research evaluation. For example, the evaluation form is single,the evaluation process emphasizes on not the quality but the number, not the long-term but the present,the results of evaluation are misuseand so on.In order to solve these problems.I try to design the high school information technology teachers'scientific research ability evaluation index by the ecology theory and the analytic hierarchy process with the feature of qualitative mixed with quantitative.Firstly, on the basis of the noche ecostate-ecorole theory,I do research on the theory of educational evaluation,developmental teacher evaluation system,the theory of teacher capability and so on, and then I propose that we should follow some principles when we design the scientific ability evaluation indicators system.Secondly,I st,I begin to design the evaluation index system while I consider from the present and the potencial.The detailed processes are as follows:1.I collect indicators by the method of content analysis and factors group.2nd,On the basis of other subjects teachers'scientific research ability evaluation index, I choose the indicators by the method of expert consultations. and then I finally establish the evaluative index system for the high school information technology teachers.What's more,I explain some indicators'meanings.3rd,I calculate the weight of each index by analytic hierarchy process.Finally, I put the index systen into practice.By compared the evaluation of results with teachers'objective situation,I test the index's effectiveness and feasibility,and also I find the index's defects.I propose my future reaesrch directions.
