This research is from the needs of training the 21st century innovative person and the request of deepening quality education. Basing on the current new curriculum reform and the reality of chemistry teaching in high schools, it has proposed the topic of training the middle-school student's dispersion ability. This topic has profited from mass literature of the innovative education system research, in view of the characteristics of middle-school students, the character of chemistry, and the reality of chemistry teaching, with the theory basis of some related research results of the dialectical materialism, the creation study, the physiology, the psychology, and the teaching theory, the research has a exploration from two aspects of the theory and practice. This topic brings honor to student's own spirit, promotes the harmonious development of student's individuality, trains the student's consciousness of dispersion, including thought, quality and ability of dispersion, through the foundation of the new dispersion pattern, try to find a capable way to train the student's ability of dispersion and study.The object of this research is the two classes (one and two) of the17th middle school in laiwu, Shandong Province. It covers two semesters of gradual experiments and research, which is from the first semester to the second semester of grade one.
