Based on questionnaire investigation and teacher interview, this researchanalyzed the factors that restrict the forming and developing of teacher curriculumabilities, including reasons of teachers themselves, test system, school culture,education system, social environment, training mechanism, and so on. Try to makenew boundary of physics teacher curriculum abilities,established four dimensionmodel of physics teacher curriculum abilities, and the model consists of ability type,ability level, subject character, time dimensionality, opening out its interior structureand development rule.It can be sure through theoretical analysis and practical seeing about that physicsteacher curriculum abilities are the most important restrictive factor, which influencethe effect of the new physics curriculum, the teacher professional degree and the levelof teaching quality. So it's necessary to advance effective acceleration and trainingtactic system according to grow up and develop physics teacher abilities. For thisreason, we make theoretical study and pattern construction about the bringing upprocess of physics teacher curriculum abilities.On theory, we deep analyze teacher professional development theory,constructivism theory, multiple intelligences and so on. Using the point of view ofteacher professional development for reference, teacher professional developmentneeds professional abilities.The development of physics teacher curriculum abilitieswill also promote its professional development.Admitting viewpoint of constructiontheory, the role change of teacher needs the development of physics teachercurriculum abilities.Scientific reasonable training pattern is propitious to developthese abilities. Understanding of Multiple Intelligences is conduced to teacher tounderstanding themselves and to the communion and cooperation between them.On pattern constructing, it concludes pattern summary, pattern constructing,implementing principle and implementing condition. Combining real cases, a kind oftraining pattern of physics teacher curriculum abilities can be put forward,that isquestion advance-question clarification-research and practice-reconsiderationand comment-practice improvement.Fine analysis of the pattern is carried throughand attempted to construct a tactic system to accelerate physics teacher curriculumabilities training. At the same time, physics teacher curriculum abilities trainingpattern flow chart is constructed.The implementing principles mainly include integral,the initiative, the practical and the created principle. For the implementing conditionof this pattern, we gave compendious dissertation from the fellow aspects-thechanges of teacher view, aegis of education administration, building of fine schoolculture, development of teaching and study activity based a standard of school.
