With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, quality education as the core ofthe new curriculum in primary and secondary schools to implement,at the same time,the Ministry of Education issued the National Biology Curriculum Standards, namelynew biology curriculum, and as a guide of biology teaching. The four basic concepts ofthe new curriculum brings many new demands for biology teaching, and With theimplementation of the new curriculum, the experimental teaching ability of biologyteachers are also facing the challenges such as substantial increase in the number ofexperiments, experimental type of integration and experimental teaching modes suchcomplicated so on. Therefore, training the experimental teaching abilities of normaluniversity students to meet the requirements of the new curriculum has become arealistic problem in normal universities.Training the experimental teaching ability of normal university students as thetheme, we analyzed the experimental teaching abilities’ constitutes, and explored thetraining strategy of experimental teaching abilities by referring to literatures, doinginvestigations and interviews.On the basis of analyzing the study, I defines the conceptand component of the experimental teaching ability initially,then preparing theinterview outline for high school biology teachers.Through the analysis of the results, Ifurther proof of the conclusion what the author get.And the author summary theexperimental teaching abilities of biology teachers essential in teaching and effectivestrategies for normal university students to training their experimental teaching abilityby the interview. Accordingly, I prepared the questionnaire for normal universitystudents to investigate their current situation and to draw conclusions.The study found that the students’ experimental teaching abilities are below to thedemands of the new curriculum. And the experimental teaching curriculum couldbecome the most direct and effective way to train the students’ experimental teachingabilities. Building teaching laboratory combine with micro-teaching, digital experimentsystem,and remote laboratory equipment is an important strategy to assist theexperimental teaching curriculum to improve students’ experiment teaching abilities. Hope that through this study may help teachers and students re-understanding of theexperimental teaching ability, and rich the strategies about training experimentalteaching abilities. This study could make contribute to improve the students’experimental teaching abilities and Promote the implementation of the new curriculum.
