The relationship between students and teachers in common educational activities is formed through important interpersonal skills. This is the foundation in the operation of a school. The time of educational activities produce dynamic effects and the relationship between the teacher-student will have a direct impact on the effectiveness of education. Through the reform of the curriculum and entrance exams in Jiangsu Province has brought new challenges to the teacher-student relationship, particularly in the way discipline is given by teachers. By researching the relationship will bring benefit to both teaching and learning.This article is composed of four parts. The first part proposed from this question as well as the domestic and foreign studies of this topic at present .The second part analyzed the new curriculum and the relation between teachers and students on the new curriculum profoundly, moreover, it makes the theory instruction for the new curriculum's under physical teacher and student's relations' research. The third part gives cases of this relation and through which to study how will physics teacher get on with the students. The last part analyzed the changes of the physics teacher-student and also it sums up this relations. This article thought that the relation includes the "equality" "friend" "the prestige and"strictly" and "hamonious" etc.
