Building scientific feasible teaching evaluation index system is one of the importantcontent of the new reform for basic education course. This paper reviewed the domestic andinternational history for the teaching evaluation criterion, and has mainly analyzed the currentsituation about the teaching evaluation criterion of our country since 1990s, crossing the wayof search online and investigation ,we analyzed characteristic of the teaching structure,content and the method technology using in all kinds of school, build the mathematicsteacher's teaching evaluation index system and quantization and developed the mathematicalmodel.This text adopt Principle component analysis, Terf method and brainstorming law toconstruct the serial form for the mathematics teaching evaluation index system, use thestatistical methods such as the level analytic approach , The expert arranging law to confirmthe index weights for all levels, and use the Multivariate statistical analysis and educationalstatistical method to appraising scheme scientific and rationality, construct quantization andappraise the mathematical model at the same time .In order to more scientific, validity and substantial of the teaching for mathematics, thistext consider the serious moral teaching, quality teaching, work load teaching, scientificresearch ability and achievement and all kinds of questions of in an examination etc. fully,thinning evaluation index, have individualization , continuity , expansionary characteristic,there are important realistic meanings in the teaching of mathematics and other disciplinesteaching reform and development of our country.
