Research On Evaluation Index System Of Middle-level Management Of Colleges

The main problem of traditional management system of college cadres is that the evaluation system lacks maneuverability and causes distortion of the result.It is quite necessary to detail the evaluation standards of cadres of different types and levels and establish a set of effective evaluation system for middle-level management of colleges.This paper combs and analyzes the present situation of evaluation of middle-level management of colleges from theoretical and technical aspect.Taking Hefei University as an example,it makes useful exploration and limited empirical analysis on the establishment of index design and index weights and construction of the system,using classification,consulting and questionnaire of specialists and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The paper also gives thinking of the left problems in the research and lays the foundation of the follow-up.
