Research On The Construction Of Teaching Staff Of Open Education In Tongling Radio & TV University

The teachers are the cornerstone of the personnel training. Without good construction of teachers’ team, we can’t achieve good teaching quality and cultivate excellent talents. In order to implement the "Modern distance education project" of the National Ministry of Education, Radio and TV universities have carried out the open and distance education, and required reform and practice to talent training mode, which means that the original faculty has to be reformed correspondingly. Studying on construction of teachers of Tongling Radio and TV University enriches construction theory of the adult college teachers’team.Firstly, This paper has put forward the theoretical foundation of the construction of teachers, and summarize experience of the domestic and foreign adult education teachers team construction, and to be in search of the theoretical basis and reference point for the construction of teachers of Tongling Radio and TV University.Secondly, by investigating various historical data and the current condition, this paper reveals the achievements and problems of faculty construction, ranging from out-of-date of faculty construction theory. The number of teachers has increased but scale is relatively small. The structure is not reasonable, and the teachers are lack of professional ability, and scientific research ability is not good enough. The part-time faculty is highly mobile and hard to be supervised. And furthermore, this paper analysis the subjective and objective reasons of existing problems, discovers the key of faculty construction of the Tongling radio and Television University on the basis of practical experiences of distance learning home and abroad.Lastly, by using teachers’ occupation development theory and human resource development and management theory, aiming at the problems of teachers construction of Tongling radio and TV University, this paper has put forward corresponding countermeasures and measures, including the correct construction of teachers’ team concept, planning and design in the construction of teachers, optimize circumstance of the construction of teachers, improve teachers the moral and professional ability, coordinate the relationship between teaching and scientific research, and constantly improve the level of teachers in scientific research, gradually improve the incentive mechanism and guarantee mechanism of the teachers, reinforce the construction of part-time teachers,paying attention to the improvement of the teachers’overall quantity and quality. All this measures should do its work on mechanism of teachers and broaden the space for development of teachers.
