Teachers' diathesis is a critical factor which affects the course of teaching reform, and teachers training is an important content of teaching reform in every country. In China's teaching reform, the research of teachers' training is very significant. Further education improves teachers' diathesis, which promotes diathesis education in the round. According to teachers' training in foreign countries, western countries have set up a systematic procedure of teachers' further education legally. Education reform proves that good teachers' training is in favor of improving teachers' diathesis and promoting education reform. Nowadays, teachers' further education in China's elementary and high schools has been carried out, but some problems have appeared, such as concept and cognition is narrow and the idea of unilateral skill is ubiquitous; education mode is ignescent and single, which could not satisfy teachers' various requirements; the course setup is timeworn, which is far from the courses and teaching in elementary and high schools; teaching is full of theories, and the way of teaching is too single, which leads to low efficiency in class; exams are not scientific, which could not evaluate the students; and the trained teachers carry too heavily mental and economical load, which reduce enthusiasm. Because of all these problems, teachers' training seems necessary and exigent. Scientific training could make high diathesis teachers with new concept, which means significant for teaching reform at present.By questionnaires, this essay researches the situation of teachers' further education in elementary and high schools in Shenyang, and brings forward some solutions. Some solutions follow as improving education concept, and rectifying the cognition of teachers' further education; changing traditional further education mode and increasing various trainings in order to enhance teachers' enthusiasm; making reasonable content of further education for various requirements by basic courses refonn; improving the diathesis of further education's trainers and trying different teaching methods to improve further education's efficiency; setting reasonable evaluating system according to the results and making the further education evaluation more scientific; and according to different economic levels, setting three grades of training fee system to reduce teachers' economic burden.
