The Organization Of Scientific Research In Research University

This research uses the experience of development of Research University in USA for reference to explore our construction and development of Research University in our country and goes into the analysis in particular of dynamic development of scientific research in Research University from the point of view of organization. The organization of scientific research in Research University is based on such contemporary science as Complexity Theory, Self-organization Theory, Process Philosophy and Ecological Philosophy. Combining the analysis of the organization of scientific research in Research University in USA with the enlightenment of the organization of scientific research from contemporary science, this research focuses our construction of Research University in our country on the organization of scientific research.The dissertation is divided into four chapters:The first chapter explains Complexity Theory, Self-organization Theory, Process Philosophy and Ecological Philosophy to understand the theoretical basis of the organization of scientific research.The second chapter tries to analyze the enlightenment of organization of scientific research from contemporary science .Firstly it formulates the contemporary scientific research ideas. Secondly contemporary science enlighten the organization of scientific research: Complexity Theory demandscientific research in free academic atmosphere and researchers dialogue equally;scientific research advances organization in self-organization;Process of scientific research is the process of organization;the organization of scientific research is harmonious and sustainable.The third chapter is centered on the experience of the organization of scientific research in Research University in USA. Firstly this chapter briefly reviews the history of development of Research University in USA. Secondly it describes the organization mode of scientific research in Research University in USA. They are federal government laboratories, virtual interdisciplinary organizations and university technology business incubators. At last it sums up such feature of organization of scientific research as diversity of higher education as basis;social need as motive;openness facilitate exchange of material, energy, information, talent, fund;social need and achievements are dynamically-coupled;scientific research as synergetic invisible hand.The fourth chapter explores the organization of scientific research in Research University in our country. Firstly from the external condition of Research University, by coordination of government and integration National scientific institutes, scientific centers in enterprises and factories with organizations of scientific research in universities, we create the harmonious surroundings for the organization of scientific research. Secondly;from the internal mechanics, Research Universities transform available resources tothe ability of scientific research. Thirdly by inter-adaptation and inter-promotion among external surroundings and internal mechanics, Research University advances dynamically-coupled development among talent-nurturing and scientific achievements with academic fames and social support, while scientific research is synergetic invisible hand.The research uses the review of literature and historical research.
