Study Of Construction And Supervisor Mode For Inter-disciplinary Organization Of Research University Based On The Core Competence

Research University, which is centered by the knowledge spreading and creating and aimed at cultivating elite talent and its output of high-level scientific achievements, is the important component of national innovation system.It has diversified branches of learning and subjects, more complementary and integrated disciplines and branch superiority. However, it cannot make the Research University a good useful of the richer discipline system and research resources, if the universities follow the existent organization patterns and institution. When solving the problem of economic development and even global problem the Entire Human Race faced, professional advantages of interdiscipline research had been highlighted in the process of promoting scientific and technology and solving the key subjects. It had been become the chief manner for a comparatively full-scale group of scientists. As the main carrier for the research of interdiscipline, the change of the style of the former and managerial approach would have a direct influence to the quality and depth of the interdiscipline research, which influences directly the core ability in market competition.The core competence theory of enterprise had been utilized in this paper, integrating the characteristic of Research University, the meaning of core competence of Research University had been illuminated, taking this meaning as a framework to analyze. After utilizing the foreign success experience, this paper analyzed the problem of interdisciplinary organization of our Research University. At last, from the point of view of the core competence of Research University, the academe and the organization of science innovative terrace had been managed.The study background had been proposed in the first section, after summing up the interrelated concept, the train of thought, method and framework of study had been proposed.The theory had been summarized in the second section, in this section, the subject, academic organization and interdisciplinary had been summarized.
