On The Construction Of Theoretic System For Higher Educational Economics In China

Caring about the theoretic system construction is to serve subject development. Higher educational economics, whose theoretic system is still being constructed, is the product as educational economics develops to a certain stage. So it is very important to examine and analyze the present conditions of theoretic system for our higher educational economics, to find its defects, systematic, and to construct logical concept system.This paper firstly reviews the developing track and statistically analyzes the basic contents of thirty-two works on higher educational economics. Then it induces the features of the subject's theoretic system: it is based on western manpower capital theory and stresses Chinese features;it is mainly about problem research to resolve realistic problem;it stresses the relations with society and social service function;subjects pointing is evident;research approaches stress examples and model analysis;it also examines theoretic system development for our higher educational economics, and gets rid of predicaments of present theoretic system, which is theory system needs logic and system, research angles need variation, research contents should be rich.According to the nature of basic concepts, this paper then divides the contents of higher educational economics into macroscopic theory, microcosmic theory and realistic problems. It explains and discusses basic contents of higher educational economics, based on concepts and natures.
