We can incessantly hear criticizing on present higher education system of China, system problem is the most basic problem for our higher education system. The researches which we had done before for this issue most of them were on the criticizing level, but for the causes analysising behind the system and the countermeasures for the problems which were hardly mentioned. The main purpose of this article is through apparent problems, and then probing into the reasons which is on how can this poor situation be formed, then, trying to perfecting present higher education system while tentatively proposing some measures for higher education system. The source of the problem originates from dimensional education system. Embodying obviously among the higher educated people, show it as contradiction between moral people and economic people. With the popularization of higher education, it comes to contradicts elite education, which results in the contradiction between quantity and quality, the function deviation of higher education makes it too focus on the function of social service, instead weakening original educational and scientific researching function, there comes the contradiction between relative conservation and sudden reformation, and the contradiction between efficiency first and on how to make the balance of fairness. Multiformity replace by homoplasy, the contradiction between relative seclusion and opening nature etc. The analysis for these contradictions, we can early judge that the higher education system of China appears so-called legality crisis. They generally difference are agreeing with different culture, moral crisis and the failure of legal sanctions. To solve the problems of higher education there are two ways you can try to go. First, from a practical point to consider the issue, identify problems, then solve problems, similar to Western medicine stop-gap measures, just like give the education system a surgical treatment; the other is to consider it from a idea view, exploring the source behind the problem, a similar perspective to traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment for the system, opening up the venations of the whole education system, restoring the entire education system with spirit. To this end I think the education system should re-consider whether the followings are under the philosophy of education: 1, Education for surviving;2, The contradiction between efficiency and fairness in the community should be more attention to equity; 3,Adding the value of thanksgiving education,sowing kind seeds to the education system; 4, In the face of charge or free education , higher education should not just focus on money;5,Establishing a personalized education philosophy, and the pursuit of the all-round development.
