The model and development of the authority in rural society is always one of the focuses of the sociology and the politics. In the minority villages of the northwest of China, this topic is more important, because of their different stages in culture and economic development. Especially, in the social transformation period of China today, with the social differentiation and the social mobility aggravating, it is the society development precondition for minority region to keep and continue its sequence. With the view of village, the writer researches Shi cun, a Hui minority village in the south mountainous area of Ningxia, and analyzes its authority structure and its operating pattern. The study shows that the old of the clan, clerics, cadres and economic elites have formed a "multi-authority" in the village, because they are in charge of different social capitals. All kinds of authority affect the sequence of the village by playing a part in their own fields or mingling with each other. Regarding its general changing tendency, the significance of clan and religious authority is decreasing gradually, while the cadres and economic elites are enhancing their roles in the village development. The different interests of authorities may cause some social disorder, so we should integrate all kinds of the authorities in three ways: to coordinate all kinds of interests in action dimension, to respect the traditional village culture in value dimension, and to improve the villagers' autonomy in institution dimension. Constantly coordinated all kinds of authorities will contribute to the development of country society by integrating them.
