The Analysis Of Urban And Rural Differences In The Level Of Education In The Western Region

20 years ago, our country has made tremendous achievements in the development of education, but to our disappointed, many differences also existed in our education system. the pattern of unequal education level of development actually has no fundamental changes. Undoubtedly, the reasons; for differences in the level of urban and rural education is multifarious, including historical and cultural reasons, also economic, environmental influence. In my opinion, the system of education is most cardinal reason.At present, the problem of urban and rural educational differences is concentratly reflected on differences in education finance. The shortfall of education funds is the most serious problem in process of rural education development. Accompanied by the lack of education funds, there are a series of related issues appeared in education field of rural areas.Therefore, in order to reduce the level disparity of education between urban and rural, financial education system reform should be strengthened quickly. In Contemporary, education financial institutions should actively carry out "redistribution and balanced" duties to ensure the smooth progress of education, the promotion of equality of educational services, and ultimately improve the overall education level of development.It is a core of this thesis that discuss and analyze the: superficial phenomenon and contribution factor of the lacking equity in education system.This thesis is divided into four sections. The first part was cited theory part; The second part analyzedthe urban and rural differences in education levels from macroscopic, meso level and case analysis; Part III explored the causes of China's urban and rural differences in educational levels; the last part made some recommendations according to the analysis of relevant policy.
