Discussion Of The Primary And High School Teachers' Further Education Quality Assurance Mechanism

The quality assurance mechanism(QAM)of primary and high school teachers′further education is a new concept getting out of wide application of the total quality managemen(tTQM)and the development of higher education quality assurance. It is an important component of primary and high school teachers′further education quality management, which is very significant in both theory and practice for the study on quality assurance of teachers′further education. Speaking of the theory aspect, investigation of the primary and high school teachers′further education QAM can deepen the study on the question of teachers′further education quality; enrich the theory of the primary and high school teachers′further education quality management. In another aspect, the study on education QAM developed earlier and got more theory achievements in higher and elementary education than in primary and high school teachers′further education, so the thesis can also widen the question scope of education quality assurance. In the aspect of the practice, it can promote the effectiveness of primary and high school teachers′further education in Henan and it is good for the trainers. With the fast development of primary and high school teachers′further education, the quality assurance of it has already been the task of top priority. On the basis of questionnaire investigation and practice of interview, the thesis tries to construct the QAM of primary and high school teachers′further education.The thesis divides into three parts:The first part has defined the concepts related to the QAM of primary and high school teachers′further education: the concept of primary and high school teachers′further education﹑the view points of primary and high school teachers′further educational quality and the concept of the QAM of primary and high school teachers′further education.
