The quality evaluation of continuing education is often the focus of the educational community.This paper studies the current quality evaluation methods of primary and secondary school teachers' Continuing Education in Weifang City,and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies,which is conducive to properly handle the contradiction between the growing demand of teachers' spiritual continuing education quality and the corresponding lack of continuing education evaluation methods in the process of social development.While improving the evaluation system of primary and secondary school teachers in Weifang City,it is also for the vast region The evaluation of teachers' continuing education quality provides some theoretical and practical experience.Weifang City's continuing education quality evaluation has achieved a certain degree of development.From the lack of evaluation methods in the earliest period to artificial evaluation,single evaluation and today's electronic system evaluation,the evaluation model has been gradually unified.However,there are still problems in the content of teachers' continuing education course that does not meet the needs of teachers and work needs,and the evaluation method of continuing education is not appropriate,so it can not get through There is a lack of professional talents and coherence in the evaluation process.It directly leads to the difficulty of inheriting excellent teaching experience.The main reasons are the misunderstanding of scientific research,the lack of content of teachers' morality,the lack of high-quality resources of teachers' continuing education,the incorrect guiding ideology,the lack of analysis of teachers' needs,teachers' learning,and the incoherence of evaluation process.This paper uses the method of literature research to collect and sort out the relevant literature of the quality evaluation of teachers' continuing education materials,to provide rich theoretical support and scientific research ideas for research;using case analysis method,selected Weifang Xiguan primary school,nanxiaohe primary school,daxujia primary school and other teachers' continuing education quality evaluation system construction examples for research,based on relevant theories,combined with practical exploration,summed up the experience of teachers' continuing education quality evaluation.By using the method of questionnaire,this paper studies the selected cases,puts forward a comprehensive evaluation system suitable for the continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers in Weifang Area,improves the basic ability and quality of primary and secondary school teachers in the city,provides a reliable basis for the paper,and hopes to find a larger applicable scope through improvement.
