Investigation And Research On The Quality Of English Teachers In Rural Junior Middle School In The Enforcement Of New Curriculum

There existed dialectical relation between teachers and the enforcement of new curriculum. The enforcement of new curriculum both provides the good chance of the development of the teachers and brings forward the challenge to the at-present quality of teachers. To improve the quality of teachers has become the key to the success of new curriculum reform. There existed bigger gap between the present situation of the quality of English teachers in rural junior middle school and the needs of the enforcement of new curriculum. Based on the theoretical research and investigation research, this thesis has investigated the present situation of the quality of English teachers in rural junior middle school and thought a lot about improving the quality of English teachers in rural junior middle school in the enforcement of new curriculum.The thesis consists of four parts.
